What we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and the like plus verification files required by regulation. Also collected: transaction and trade logs, device data and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest.
How we use data. Operating your account, settling positions, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, platform security, plus consent-based product emails with an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only running vendors (custody, payments, KYC), authorities on valid demand, and de-identified analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention and security. Data is kept for account lifetime and legal windows (often five to seven years for transaction records). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access governance.
